These terms apply to purchases through agnes-vancouver.com. Read the product details, selected variant, price, delivery information and return conditions before ordering. Reviewing and placing an order

The product page, cart and checkout identify the items, quantities, prices and available delivery and payment options. Review these details and correct mistakes before submitting payment. Retain the order confirmation and the terms that applied when you purchased. Contact us if you do not receive your confirmation or need a copy of your order details.

If an availability, payment or pricing problem arises, we will contact you to explain it and seek a resolution consistent with your legal rights. These terms do not give us an unrestricted right to cancel an accepted contract, substitute a product or increase an agreed price. Where a refund is required, it will be made in accordance with applicable law.

Prices, payment and discounts

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable sales taxes, any disclosed additional charges and the final total are shown before payment. Standard shipping to Canada is free with no minimum order value. Payments are processed using the options offered at checkout. Shipping and international fulfilment

Orders ship from suppliers in Asia. Processing normally takes 24–48 hours, followed by approximately 8–12 business days in transit. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout. Returns, cancellations and order problems

We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return window after delivery. Those returns are sent to China at the customer's expense; they are not free. If we send a size different from the size shown on your order confirmation, we will send the correct size at no additional cost, including replacement shipping, and cover any return we require. Mandatory federal, provincial or territorial protections that apply to your purchase remain in force. These may include legal warranties, rights relating to late delivery or missing contract information, cancellation rights and refund deadlines.
