Accepted payment methods

The following payment methods are available at checkout:

• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay and Elo.
• Shop Pay
• Apple Pay (shown on supported Apple devices and browsers)
• Google Pay (shown on supported devices and browsers)

The options shown at checkout are those available for your order, device and browser. We do not accept payment by bank transfer, cheque or cash, and we never ask for card details by email or telephone.

Currency, taxes and order total

Prices and order totals are displayed and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable sales taxes and the final total are shown at checkout before you pay. Standard shipping to Canada is free with no minimum order value. If your card or account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or fees.

Discounts

Quantity discounts (buy 2 items: extra 10% off; buy 3: extra 15%; buy 4: extra 20%; buy 5 or more: extra 25%) are applied automatically at checkout. Any discount code must be entered at checkout, where the discount is shown before payment.

Payment security

All checkout transactions are secure and encrypted. Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout. Agnes Vancouver does not see or store your complete card number. Please do not send card details, passwords or security codes by email.

Declined payments and order checks

If a payment is declined, the order is not placed. Check your details, try another available payment method or contact your bank or card issuer. If a payment problem arises after an order has been placed, we will contact you by email to explain it and agree how to proceed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display a refund after we issue it. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for return conditions and timing.
